We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our website. Please note that CO2 cylinders are non-refundable once the safety seal is broken due to safety regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components like bottles and carbonators are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
